ABOUT TRAINING & PLACEMENT CELL
The placement cell is responsible for all campus placement and internship-related tasks. It is managed and administered by the placement team in accordance with the Institute’s placement policy. The team’s objective is to assist students to fulfill their expectations and aspirations, with warm suggestions from recruiters in a successful recruitment process. At the placement cell, we believe in making our students ‘ industry ready to meet the needs of the industries.
Vidyavardhini Institute of Technology has devoted efficient Training & Placement Cell to enhance the interaction between Institute and Industry. The cell is very efficiently involved in defining the interest and training the students according to organizations ‘ skills. Training & Placement Cell at VVIT invites the leading firms from all branches. Students are continuously trained on greater learning prospects through seminars, workshops, and guest lectures. Training & Placement Cell organizes the Aptitude Test, Personality Development, Communication, and Soft Skills, and other employability skills to nurture the mind of students. In addition, students undergo six-week training as part of their educational requirements during summer vacation in reputable industries/institutions/organizations.
OBJECTIVES
- Encouraging students to develop technical knowledge and soft skills in terms of career planning, goal setting
- Strengthen students to meet the Recruitment Process of Industries.
- Motivate students to aspire to higher education and guide them to take an initiative for start-ups.
